I represent buyers and sellers throughout the Kansas City metro (including Brookside, Waldo, Fairway, Westwood, Prairie Village, Roeland Park, Briarcliff and Parkville), but I’m uniquely qualified in the urban Kansas City market. I embraced the urban lifestyle over 20 years ago and my passion for it has only continued to grow. I’ve experienced firsthand the rebirth of downtown Kansas City, from the creation of the Power & Light District to the Kauffman Performing Arts Center to the Streetcar, and I’m proud to call downtown Kansas City home.
UCB Properties have been building residential and commercial properties in the urban core since 2002 and continues to develop single family homes and apartments and commercial properties in historic Kansas City neighborhoods.
